About PEXpo
In the past ten years, the PEXpo has undergone unprecedented growth. Starting as a small event held in Trinity Comprehensive school in Ballymun, PEXpo 2025 will now take place in Sport Ireland with participation from hundreds of schools and students, and endorsement from Dare to Believe and the Olympic Federation of Ireland.
With the support of the Physical Education Association of Ireland, the aim of PEXpo is to promote a better understanding of PE, sport, fitness and health among second level students. Winners of the PEXpo have gone on to study sport and science. In 2021, the Overall Winners of the PEXpo went on to claim the BT Young Scientist competition’s top prize the following year.
As well as Dare to Believe and the Physical Education Association of Ireland, supporters of the PEXpo include Sport Ireland, Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing, Active Cities and DCU Sport.
PEXpo will continue for its eleventh year on April 10th 2025.
