About Sidea PEXpo
Inspirational, Informative and Interactive
WHAT IS PEXPO?
PEXpo is an Interactive PE Project Competition for Secondary School Students.
PEXpo is an interactive Physical Education and sport-focused showcase event designed for secondary school students, educators, and the wider physical activity community.
The event encourages students to explore Physical Education topics through research, innovation, and hands-on experiences, while also inspiring attendees through interactive sessions delivered by National Governing Bodies.
A new highlight of PExpo Ireland will be the introduction of live fitness games, delivered in partnership with Sidea. These will take the form of timed performance challenges, where students complete a series of different functional exercises designed to test strength, endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Using professional-grade equipment in a safe and supportive environment, the games are built to be inclusive, motivating, and exciting for all ability levels.
With dynamic demonstrations, performance challenges, and opportunities to present innovative projects, PExpo celebrates creativity, learning, and movement - highlighting the talent and potential of young people within Physical Education and Sport.
PEXpo Ireland is proudly sponsored by Sidea, bringing world-class performance equipment and expertise to the event.
WHEN: Thursday April 30th 2026
WHERE: National Indoor Arena on the Sport Ireland Campus.
